The short version: we collect your email address only if you choose to sign up for launch updates. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything else. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
Moon Drop is developed by Three Raccoons Studio, a solo independent game studio based in Berlin, Germany. The studio is operated by Valentine Ledour — you can reach us at threeraccoonsstudio@gmail.com.
What data we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us:
- Your email address, if you sign up to be notified when Moon Drop launches
We do not collect your name, location, device information, or any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies or any tracking technologies on this site.
Why we collect it
We collect your email address for one purpose only: to send you a notification when Moon Drop becomes available on mobile. We may also send occasional development updates if you have opted in to receive them.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You are free to withdraw that consent at any time.
How we store it
Email addresses submitted through this website are processed and stored by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), our form submission service. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy policy and GDPR-compliant data processing terms.
We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until Moon Drop has launched and the notification list is no longer needed — whichever comes first.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party that handles your data is Formspree, as described above, solely for the purpose of delivering your submission to us.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw your consent to receive communications
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany, the relevant authority is the Bundesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit (BfDI)

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy — for example, when the game launches and we begin collecting additional data — we will update the date at the top of this page and notify signed-up users by email.
